K+Lab

The keytar-wielding beat making prodigy, K+Lab, has reinforced himself in recent times as a stalwart producer within the funk glitch-hop scene. With his debut album, “Spacedirt,” (released in 2014) he picked up nominations for the NZ Music Awards and The UK Glitch Hop Awards, making it clear that his work wouldn’t go unnoticed. Last year he raised eyebrows with “Super Gravy,” a collaboration with Canadian glitch-hop godfather, Stickybuds, which was also his first release on Gramatik’s label, Lowtemp.

After delivering a steady array of wonderfully funked-up tracks over the past few years, the New Zealand producer made a serious splash with the release of his 2016 album on Lowtemp,  “The Worldly’s.”
The last 5 years have seen K+Lab performing to thousands, with tours through Australia, Canada and New Zealand, including festivals such as Shambhala (CA), Northern Bass (NZ), Earth Frequency (AU) and more.
